anyone found any significant advantage to ps cs4 64bit?

Anyone have good solid testimony of how Photoshop sc4 as a 64bit application is better than it's brother PS cs4 in native 32bit format? Is there speed advantage to either. Is there a computability issue with the 64 bit version and 3rd party plug ins? The reason I ask Here is because I am looking for real people answers not quotes from the adobe website. Any advise would be appreciated as I am going to have to choose soon. Thanks

In general the main advantage 64-bit systems has over 32-bit ones is the great expansion of memory capacity.

Using the 64-bit version of photoshop on a 64-bit OS will allow you to harness that capacity should you have it. You will be able to edit more images at higher resolutions at the same time.

yeah, I think the only advantage is the ability to edit very large images (like 8K*8K or 16K*16K) without worrying the memory limit. It is a big advantage though for professional people who work on large size printing for film quality production where the images or texture must be very crisp. One of the example is the production of The Dark Knight. From what I heard, they used a lot of Hi-res textures and images (8K maybe), and working them on 32-bit system is really a nightmare.
But if you're just creating or editing images with resolution below 4K, I think 32-bit one is pretty sufficient.
