Do you like any of the other sciences that are not directly related to the main ones of chemistry, biology, etc. Anyone on here psychology for example?
Do you like if any sciences other than the main ones?
I like psychology in the sense that I am interested in why people do certain things, but for the most part I like to know the fundamental sciences more. I feel like This describes my feelings much of the time.

i actually picked up a minor in cognitive psychology.
i find it rather depressing that so many people - scientists included - still characterize psychology as the "tell me about your mother" brand of "soft" science that it was been back in the early 20th century. i don't deny that at one point psychology was a pseudoscience, and that psychological "theories" like Freud's and Jung's were barely concealed mysticism. But times have changed. Modern psychology is very procedurally rigid, and although it lacks a fundamental, underlying theory - which physics has had in one form or another since Galileo - it has collected an enormous amount of data, and can make spectacularly accurate predictions.
Unfortunately, as with modern physics, the vast majority of modern psychology is either completely unknown to the general public, or severely misunderstood.
