Snap your windows to each other and the destop
Thats a really useful tool, though I think I would find the snapping annoying. I tried turning on snapping in Linux, which I found quite quirky and irritating, so I don't want it for my XP machine...
That having been said, if you like your windows snappy, then this looks like the program to go for.
