Looks good, finally they do something right.

Vista was a disaster.

Can't wait until how Windows 7 plays out though, I hope they give me a free upgrade since I'm on Vista.

I don't think Microsoft ever released Vista for mobile. As far I know, Microsoft Windows for mobile has different versioning system then thier desktop products.

These different mobile platforms are putting lots of pressure on developers. To make your application cross platform compatible, one has to resort to JAVA or similar technologies. Native applications which are always faster needs considerable work if you want to port it across different platforms. First it was symbian, then windows and linux and now iPhone.

Can anyone suggest the best mobile phone model to use with this software? And what have your experiences been? Is is simple and bug-free?

I never said Vista was mobile, I meant overall with Microsoft's OS's .

Between now and the release of Vista, Microsoft has kept pretty quiet on releases of OS's (other than Windows Server 2008). It did minor tweaks to the windows mobile OS's and Vista. This is also a minor upgrade, but it has plenty of new features and upgrades, looks very nice. Hopefully this will ship out without many bugs.

I don't it has been released yet, the first devices are expected to be released during September 2009.

Am looking forward to it. But think I will do as I usually do, let them tweak all the bugs first. Then go for maybe the second or third version. Smile
