National Health Care in Socialist Stimulus Bill

This spending bill that doesn't contain any earmarks, does establish a new Health Care Czar and a national health care system to intentionally deny the elderly disproportionate medical aid. Providing care to the elderly is a poor return on taxpayers money.

My greatest concern would be confidentiality of medical records when everything becomes electronic. How sure could anybody be that their medical information would be kept confidentially when it is portable and accesible from any Hospital or by any doctor? It could possibly also make a person more vulnerable for fraud when their information can be accessed online. This is an aspect that I think should get very urgent attention by US citizens. Once it has become law, it will be difficult to get out of it.

Perhaps there is too much in the Bill and it should be broken down in all its parts, as some of the parts can easily be overlooked when for example people pay more attention to the elderly and their dilemma, than for example protection of confidentiality of medical information when it can be transported from one Hospital to another.
