Those bird photos are great. I really like the colors of the red bird.
I think the ice would be better if pictured closer up and pointing more directly at the camera (but still not straight on).
You have some great potential. I like the bird ones the most...
Nice images, but I think that the way you have selected the bird in order to draw attention to its colour actually takes away from the magic of the photo itself. The edge around the bird is too sharply defined for it to be convincing.
If you choose to select a section of a photo, duplicate it to a new layer and then adjust/enhance the colour of either the selected layer or the background, make sure you choose anti alias for the selection- and feathering to about 1-2 pixels would help to.

I like the first bird the most. He has very beautifull colors. Never seen a bird like that before

I am no photographer but I think they are great. My favorite is the ice, then would have to be the red bird because of how much contrast there is in the picture.
