Yep, it's possible, look up Windows CE.net. But why bother when you can get Xebian? Wink

The small amount of RAM is the main limitation of running any OS on an old Xbox, you would probably get the most utility out of it by using linux.

Yeppers, why in the world would you waste your 360 for windows, when you could just buy a computer and save the 360 for gaming or selling? The small ammount of RAM would cause it to be very slow. But if you're into doing this you gotta flash it i believe.

Anyone knows if this is possible for a PS3 ?

I don't know if it's possible to actually load anything like that onto a PS3 yet, although Sony's crammed so much hardware into it that it should be able to run an operating system relatively easily.

He's talking about the xbox1. Though older versions of the 360 can have linux run on them.
