Ive had google adsence for about 1.5 months and ive only earned 7.03, but i spose not many people go to my site
I have noticed this too,the click through rate has been pretty much the same ,but the amount they pay per click through has gone down massively. Perhaps the credit crunch is starting to affect adsense and adwords,where the adwords are less competitive, so the amount they pay for a click through is lower.
I am new to adsense. I only got it a week ago. I don't know how i have earned $33 though. I only get about 30 visitors a day.

33 dollars is a lot,i am guessing the content on your site is the kind of content that generates high paying clicks,so add as much content as you can,and could soon be in the 100 dollar a month club.
My income has reduced a little.... frustratingly so... I was getting just over $100 a month... so getting paid each month.... now it has dropped to about $80 a month... so I only get paid every other month..
On the positive side, with the US$ recovering greatly against the UK£ I am now getting paid more overall... despite getting less in US$ !!!!
The wonders of exchange rates... (and very nice to have it working in my favour for once !!)

Are you constantly undating your website or has it been idle for some time. Cause I notice that after being idle for some time and when the robots crawl you site and detect no new updates, the ads tend to drop in value. It could also be that the advertisers are not advertising as heavily like in the past.
My minimum cpc was $0.05 - now it is $0.01

Yeah... it is only $0.01 for me too, that's a big dropped ever.
Adsense has been changing it's way of indexing sites lately. Previously the ads the appeared on your site were based mostly on the meta tags in your header. Recently they changed this and have started to use their bots to scan your page and compare your meta tags with the actual content on your pages. They did this to keep people from putting meta tags on their page such as mp3, divx, advertising, marketing, and so on, which generate the highest paying ads. With the new system it is much harder to trick adsense into giving you high paying ads when they don't pertain to your site.
As a result people are now seeing lower payouts because of the change in ads. Try getting more content on your site and you will start to catch back up to what you used to earn.

Its almost 8 months, my adsense stuck at $20, I guess I need to re design my site.

I'm a bit improved after these weeks after I applied filter. Releaved anyway. You can try for your site too if CPC is less than 0.05
