I want to start my own website.... A Website free of ads and other unwanted pop ups.. I think this site is enough for that, but could someone help me start? I mean,, what would be the first step that I should do??

For testing you might want to install all the server software you might end up using on your on machine.
Then you can do testing and mess around while you wait for your hosting here to be up and running.
Probably the easiest way to do this is using WAMP and follow some of the guides.

You probably won't need the MySQL database or PHP to begin with but it can't hurt.

First, you already found a free web host that provide quality hosting without unwanted ads and pop ups 
Next thing you need to do is be creative! try out different HTML codes, understands CSS and have fun!
If you are only trying HTML + CSS (and possibly + JS) then you don't need to have a server locally.

Learning to work with Photoshop or another image editing program will help you get a more beautiful layout. 
You can download some site builder programs. That is easyest way to make a site. Find a free hosting and that is that xD
