She was the chipleader and thougth the other bluffed - she thought she could afford the bluff OR she was high on adrenaline! Many champs has lost hands beeing high on adrenaline and just go fighting on whatever their hands were...

yes in my opinion both plays were not very good.
Of course calling an all in with a pair of deuces on the river when the board shows many higher cards is plain bad.
but being so aggressive with only 2 pairs could have cost the whole bankroll as well. As somebody said it would have been interesting to see the play with a 2 on the river. Typical tournament play all or nothing in one hand. Gambling.

That was not such a good play, with only two outs and a whole lot higher on the board. I assume she called the All-in because she figured she was in so far already, might as well take the chance to bust you out... but with nothing but a pair of 2s, never a good play.
