Plesk logs, do yo know how to enable them?

iyepes
I friend of mine recently rented a dedicated server. They gave it with Plesk control panel. The software is really great, but I'm just learning how to configure it..... and her client needed the site for yesterday.

After much self-learning, the site is up, but I haven't found out the way to make logs work. It offers awstats and other ways, but the directories remain empty, the only log with something is the IIS log (for instance, plesk is installed over win2k3- please don't trow up, I just needed it set quickly, and I'm not Linux especialist)

Any ideas or links about making logs work will be welcomed.

Thanks in advance.
