Webmasters can publish links and description of websites and promote it for free! Submitting web site in directory like this may have as result attention of web search engines and better ranking.

But overall it's a great site.
If I were you I would change it so that no registration is required.
What browser you have?
Seems to me everything is ok.
I can manage to everyone can upload links without registration, but in that case webmasters can't edit previous posted links. Registration is simple, without mail activation.
