getting Black screen while doing RDP

when i do RDP to a particular server, it is giving black screen. we have to assume the username field and password file, domain name field too... after login i can see the screen...

what will be the issue? its windows 2003 server + SP2

A friend of mine had the same issue when connecting to a server at a remote location via RDP. The screen appears blank, or only displays a portion of the screen and was caused by an incorrect/small MTU size on the firewall.
