Homepage program

Dear menbers, I try to get some free space to place a Homepage on it but...... I have no experience with homepages.
What program can I use best to make a start with it.

They can all teach you how to do it.It's pretty easy to learn.
Then you should probably move onto CSS,which is also very easy,so you can have more power of your pages.
