Which Mother Board is good. Intel or MSI?
Hey guys, I am thinking of buying a New computer. But I was thinking which MotherBoard is best for me Intel or MSI? If anyone has any idea please help me with that. Also which Processor is better.
MSI all the way.
MSI mate. Anything not Intel is good. Intel gave me lots of troubles.

Never game me any problems...
I'd just go with whatever offers the best performance/price ratio for your needs, no matter what brand it happens to be.
Doesn't seem that Intel are getting any supporters here... Don't know abut their motherboards, but they make
nice CPUs, right?
Yet, I'd go for an ASUS, Gigabyte or ASRock MoBo. It all depends on what you want.

Go mainstream, it'll help later on.
you mean the MB chip? I'll take Intel. It's more stable in my experience. Motherboard stability is very important since it's more difficult to replace if broken.

I'm enjoying my cheap ASRock motherboard.
It's much better than my last one, but in all fairness the old one was back from around 2001/2002.
Haven't experience any problems with it so far.
Intel motherboards are the most supported by any operating system and most reliable imho.
I preffer an ASUS motherboard with a intel chipset with a quad-core
Just built two PCs on ASUS M3A H/HDMI.
Much computer for the money, but I have to say that it isn't anything for the beginner.
To start with, they are delivered with BIOS-drivers for the internal LAN that have a side-effect-
windows won't start up...
Disabeling it and upgrading BIOS solves the problem, but it's other users who are behind the info. ASUS
doesn't even say 'sorry for the inconvinience'.
Still, it's much PC for the $ if you have some knowledge and lots of patiance.

MSI would be a better choice by far.

There are 3 major chipset builders, Intel, AMD, and Nvidia.
I personally have used the Nvidia Chipsets in the past and in my current setup (680i). But I have had a problems a little bit with them all. I personally like the Intel chipsets right now for their price and preformance. And I think they are more stable overall. AMD just sucks.
It all depends on the feature set. But, Intel-brand motherboards with NVIDIA or Intel chipsets are ideal.
It depends on your build, i usually go with MSI though, good quality boards. Intel burnt out on me in 6 months. Intel= Too much $ for less.
MSI= PERFECT!
MSI= PERFECT!
