Tonight in UAE saw the most beautiful positioning of the moon with its characteristic brilliant sliver and straight in line with Venus. This was at 6:30 p.m. Abu Dhabi time. It felt as though one could touch the sky. Really close, and the inky sky almost like black velvet. Venus looked like an enormous glittering diamond! Pretty awesome sight!
