Your site could use some more stuff in it.
oooh I'm not sure that an exe is the right/best way to attract visitors to your website. In fact it's the last thing a visitor will want... to download a dodgy exe, I say that meaning that users don't know what it is/what it might to etc. It could be a virus etc. etc. people are more careful these days.
Also, Mac users can't really do much with it, so compatibility is an issue too!
A flash or java object would work better on a website, and it'll keep people coming back to your website to play the game!!
that is exactly what I was thinking when I visited the site... also, there is no design or anything like that on the site...
why should anyone trust your site and DL your magic program?
Frihost has PHP, it wouldnt be hard to code a PHP based magic number guesser either. And once your site has some recognition make executable files. If you send me the source code for stuff, I would be willing to compile it under Linux so you have Linux binaries to go with the windows binaries (assuming you code in C or C++).
Also I would suggest making your site look nice. Here is a good design you might want to steal.
I would have just used (url)(/url) tags around the image, but the in the link threw them off.
Your website is way to plain, you really need to look into getting some more graphics on there to make it much more nice to look at. www.knrdesigns.com can help
As others said, a .exe file probably isn't the best way to go, because it very well could be a virus, which is why I didn't download it and then I left your website. Using some type of Java or something would be much more wise, and then once you are more well-known, then a .exe file would be a bit better.
Anyways, as the post mentioned above me, something like that website he posted would be a better option. However, I do NOT recommend "stealing" that website, because doing that can get very ugly very fast. I own www.knrdesigns.com and somebody tried to steal my logo (multiple times) and believe me, that is going to be the last time they ever stole my logo!
Hope some of this helps, and please don't steal that website. I do believe that can get you banned off of Frihost, so don't do it.
