Right now, WickedGravity has made an effort to clean up the tutorial-section. But people post links to tutorials, without even looking if no-one has ever posted it before (check the link to w3schools in the php-section).
Maybe you might centralize all links in the first post. This takes a lot of time to do it manualy, but it helps to maintain an overview about the content of the topic. Maybe it can also be automaticlly done via a MOD. I don't think such MOD exists, but someone might be able to make one.
