ok im not entirely sure how the whole ddr2 and gddr3 graphics card thing goes but i want to know if my msi p6n sli platnum would be able to support a gddr3 cuz i have no idea

My Graphic Cards (have two of them) are running on DDR5 memory Smile

It won't matter at all, as long as the card has the same slot as the motherboard (AGP vs. PCIe).

Also, for the above poster. DDR5 is not equivalent to GDDR5 (which is what your card has). Though confusingly some graphics cards do use DDR2 memory (rather than GDDR2).
