My favorite actor and an idol is definitively Jim Carrey. He's simply brilliant, I wish I had the acting skills that he has, pure genius...
As for an actress I can't really name my favorite, it may sound weird, but I don't really see any difference between female actresses, none has so far made a big impression on me to actually remember her.

There are soo many great actress I like Angelina, Hally berry, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Alba and Keira Knightley etc.
