In my country there is a stupid system with unique term papers for all pupils. The fact that makes this stupid is when a pupil that has 3 and 4, gets 10 at the term paper. They are too easy.

As for requiring students to have unique term papers, I think its a good idea. Schooling should be about learning how to think, not just memorizing facts and formulas.

Are you saying that the term papers need to be graded more harshly? Perhaps some students cheat by getting someone else to write the paper, in order to make up for bad grades during the rest of the class.

your question inst very precise but at my school if you are getting 3 and 4 and then in the end of year papers you are getting 10 "flags will be raised" usually it dosnt happen most people stay in the same band for all there papers and assignments
