What about pattaya as a honeymoon destination
i heard southern thailand is quite dangerous.
It's not somewhere that I'd ever personally go. If you like extremely touristy beach resorts then go there. And as for being extremely dangerous... I think you should be fine in Pattaya.
what is it in Pattaya??? could you tell us??? it might sound interesting for all of us..
I was in Pattaya 2 years ago for work (10 days). Very crowded, shops targetted to tourists only, nothing really genuinely thai. I do not know where you are based and if you see your honeymoon as only rest on a beach but even thatfore I would choose other spots. Lonely planets or fodors and other travel guide warn you that Pattaya is overwhelmly crowded and more like a sort of islands of occidental shops and malls.
