I would like to know if it's possible to hotlink pictures in my external blog / forums from our account on frihost when we have an account...

As long as your FRIHost account is not primarily being used as a file/image/email host - it is permitted.

would that be a problem? because frihost already allocate bandwidth, if you use too much than your account will be suspended. it's not like you can use more than your allocated bandwidth if you make frihost as some kind of file hosting.

One of the rules of Frihost is that you're not allowed to use your website in any form of reseller or making an image or file host.
