Fatal Error in frihost please help me

hellow i am having www.funworld.frih.net hosting in frihost, but for a week while the forum www.funworld.firh.net/tamil/ is not working properly now a new error has came like the below

Fatal error: Not able to open ./cache/data_global.php in /usr/home/tamilpar/domains/funworld.frih.net/public_html/tamil/includes/acm/acm_file.php on line 90

so please help me how to over come this

As the error says, it's not able to open the file.

Does it exist? Does it have the correct permissions?
