After Effects Tutorials

Hey all,

I am new to the video editing world, (well about 11 weeks new). We started touching on the beauty of After Effects in my Media Graphics Production class at ITT-Tech. Man is that program amazing! Its all of the beauty and ease of use of Photoshop but with video. I love it!

Anyway on to why I am here. I am looking for a good collection of free tutorials. I have Googled this myself and came up with a couple, but I know there has to be more. My current favorite is VideoCopilot.net. Absolutely amazing stuff.

I want more though. My hunger for knowledge is insatiable and I NEED more. So please help.

Adobe After Effects is really a great software, especially when used with Adobe Photoshop. Lucky you, because we're weren't taught how to use it. So, I only know a little. There are tutorials at YouTube, though. Smile

Yes After Effects is the best ever. I use a site called Creative Cow. They have some wicked tutorial podcasts for After Effects. If you use this link http://cowcast.creativecow.net/ you should go straight there. Aaron Rabinowitz does great tutorials and I never get bored watching them.

In addition to a Community Help search field, this page has links to community resources, tutorials, forums, blogs, Help, Adobe Technical Support, SDK and scripting documentation, and just about everything else that you need to use and learn After Effects.

Make sure that you expand the groups of links in the right column. There's a lot of good stuff in there.
