AdSense impression not making me any money

I recently started a blog and I noticed in the last month I have been getting around 50+ hits a day. So I said I would just slapped on some google AdSense to at least pay for the domain and hosting its on for the year. I have used AdSense in the pasted on large traffic websites which has yielded money for the impressions. Though my the impressions have registered in google AdSense I am not getting even 00.01 of a cent for them. In the last 3 days I have had 200+ impression and not a cent for them? yet I read a few different posts around the Internet of people getting 10 impression a day and getting alest a few cent. What gives?

With Google Adsense, impressions don't pay at all. Only clicks do. If you're getting 50 views a day and no clicks you should probably have a look at your ad placement. The best tip is to simply make people actually be able to see the ad. For instance, at the moment the ads are sort of out of site. You have to scroll down a fair way to see them. Maybe try putting a horizontal ad banner at the top of your page or something.

After a quick Google search, there is nothing on adsense that generates money from impressions. Everything is by clicks.

Clicks range in value, but you'll be getting a lot more money per click then that. You only need a couple of clicks to make $1 (I can't specify an exact amount as it's against the TOS).

Yeh ythey need to click on it. Would someone mind telling me how you get adsence? im looking at making a website!

I am going to have to disagree when it comes to not getting paid for impressions. Adsense has payouts based on 1000's of impressions. Usually it is only ~.04 per 1000 impressions but income is generated.

How do you get people to your site in the first place to even look at the ads??? I was just approved for adsense and put the code up this morning. But if no one reads my blog...

Who has time to read all of this stuff anyway? I am barely keeping up on here (had my first warning message yesterday due to my lack of posting on frihost).

I have another idea,

Google do pay for impression, provided your site content and advertising site (who opt for pay/impression with google) match good.

I have noticed that even with out any click, there was earning ( very low indeed).

tell me , am i correct in my view
