A good mRemote Access program ?

dude_xyx
Well I have a friend who lives in another country who need my help to fix some issues he PC has. Since he couldn't sort them out by him self I think the best way to do it is I do it by a Remote Access program. But I don't have much experience about these so can someone recommend a easy to configure and use Remote Access program ?

Also are there open source Remote Access programs ?

I personally use http://www.LogMeI.com. The free version will likely do everything you need and more. But there are some paid versions if you need to go all professional. I like that it has a webinterface that you can put all your clients / friends in and it gives their status. I like that it will go full screen and that it tends to not have many problems with firewalls.

I often fix my friends computer problems remotely. I use Teamviewer for it (http://www.teamviewer.com/).
I am quite satisfied by it.
