Calculus References

guissmo
I need references for Calculus I (the most basic Calculus ever).
It's my major subject this sem and it would help if I had some references from the Internet.

Right now, our topic is limits (so that gives you an idea what other topics we'd be discussing in the future). We just started btw.

Thanks in advance for the references/links. Smile

Try the following. They are in rough order of 'difficulty'.

http://www.karlscalculus.org/calculus.html
http://www.wtv-zone.com/Angelaruth49/Calculus.html
http://www.math.hmc.edu/calculus/tutorials/
Afaceinthematrix

I would suggest watching this video (and the following one) if you can watch videos from youtube on your comp. It's some guy going over calculus in under 20 minutes. The reason why I'm suggesting this video is because it gives a brief overview of your entire course in under 20 minutes.... it may not help you solve too many problems but it can get you a basic understanding of many of the concepts in calculus before you actually get there in the class. Basically, calculus is a mixture of some easy problems and some tricky problems all made up from a bunch of extremely easy concepts.

you have to register your email and create a password, but it's really really helpful, especially when you want to review the basics right before a test - or when you miss a day...a virtual teacher is much more helpful than reading a book!

good luck.. PM me if you need any help, I'm in calc as well Smile

...annd i pressed send twice. -_-
um, let's see..
there's also wikibooks, which is a nice resource, IF YOU KIND OF KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. because people can go in and put ridiculously untrue stuff...
