Floating Images?

I was wondering how can you get an image to 'float' above the page say in the bottom right hand corner even when you move the screen up or down the 'floating image' will stay in the same place, can anybody help me?, I have been trying to find out how to do it for ages never got anywhere though

also google for background-fixed or sumthing of the sort, although IMHO, its really irritating to have that. another way to do it would be to make a flash menu (DHTML could work too), but im not really clear on how to make it a floating menu/image then
