I'm looking for ideas on how to increase rankings on youtube.

Of course use the right keywords in the 'tags' field, description and title.

Get people to rate it and leave comments.

What else can you do to influence youtubes ranking algorithms?

Here's 2 of my videos I want to get on the first page for the keyword 'bobcat'
