Admin : Does the PHP installed has CURL ?

Hello Admin and mathaius I have this Contacts importer Script and would like to install but there is a restriction on it ...
It requires Curl.. Im not sure whether your Php is having curl ..
If it does and just because its running in Safe mode I cannot use the curl function used in it so can you please help me with this

Thats server 1, http://frih.net/phpinfo.php is for server 2 and slightly different.
Curl is enabled and safe mode if off though open_basedir restrictions apply which seem to cause problems with everyone else's curl codes.
The only possible solution I can find is posted by Hexkid here. Not a clue if it works though.
