Hi, why are IPB and VBullitin boards not alowed?
just a little query.
Because those are paid software, and in order to host those, you would somehow need to prove their yours. You'd need a real license to show Bondings you're the rightful owner. Since most of the times people lie about having the license, those paid forums were banned.
what if i proved i was the owner( i am not currently an owner, but i want a IPB board) and will probably be purchasing one sometime 
Well, only then would you be able to host these. But you'd have to prove it to Bondings, the head admin. But think about it, why would you spend hundreds of dollars on buying a license just to host a forum on a free host? Just use a phpBB or SMF board.
its £37 a year, and i would buy proper hosting when people donate or something, so i get money 
If you can convince me the license is real, then yes it would be allowed.

i asked a friend (the admin of www.msuk-forum.co.uk) he said when you buy IPB board you get confirmation of purchase so i could show you that.

I think he meant you're the first to ask to be able to host IPB/vBulletin forums.
But does it really matter what he means?

I meant the first to prove it.
A few people already asked about it, but I suppose they never bought a license.

Yeah that would be ok. Just make sure you remove all personal/private data before sending it to me.
yep i will do, i am not sure what the confirmation is though, what if i got it any it was mostly personal details with just a bt of text?
